Audience measurement. Every page view is counted by our host's measurement service: the page viewed, the page you came from, the type of device and the approximate country. This measurement sets no cookie, creates no identifier and cannot recognise you from one visit to the next. That is why this site shows no consent banner: it has nothing to ask you.

One technical flag. The opening animation remembers, for the length of your visit, that it has already played, so that it is not imposed on you on every page. That stays in your browser and disappears when the tab is closed.

The map of our office. It only loads if you click on it. At that moment, and only then, your IP address is sent to OpenStreetMap, which provides the image.

What you write to us. The “Put my request together” form sends nothing: it drafts a message and opens it in your own WhatsApp, where you remain free to edit it or not to send it. If you do write to us, we then receive your number and the content of your message.

Your messages and the travel details you entrust to us, kept for the length of the exchange and then of the commercial relationship.

The information needed for the bookings, kept for the statutory accounting retention period.

Improving the site

Audience measurement, aggregated and without an identifier, kept by our host according to its own retention periods.

We neither sell nor rent any data. It is shared only with the providers needed to run the site and our exchanges, and with the partners of a trip you ask us to organise (carrier, accommodation), for that trip only.

Sanity

The editing space for the site's content. It holds no visitor data: only the text and photographs published by the agency are stored there.

Some of these providers are established outside Morocco and outside the European Union, which means data is transferred to those countries.

You may ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, or object to its processing. Write to us on WhatsApp, by telephone or by post to the address above; we answer within a month.

In Morocco these rights are granted to you by Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and you may refer the matter to the CNDP. If you live in the European Union, the GDPR grants you the same rights, together with the right to lodge a complaint with your country's supervisory authority.

The site is served over HTTPS only. It has no visitor accounts, no online payment and no customer database: there is therefore nothing on this site to steal. Our exchanges themselves take place on messaging services whose security is a matter for their publishers.
